Leadership of the team of professors with currently three employees Responsibility of all civil and professional personnel tasks, from the accompaniment of the appeal procedures, the legal staff support of our professors in the ongoing civil service to their retirement Consultation and support of the university management, deanate management and appeal committees in matters of civil and commercial law Responsibility of quality assurance and the establishment of systematic monitoring of appeal procedures Accompanying action in all professorial and civil matters

A scientific university degree, ideally in law or comparable academic studies with high legal proportions (e.g. Management and professional experience in personnel management, ideally in public service Ideally already experience in the field of science, at best already experience with appeal procedures The ability to conceptual work as well as experienced conflict and communication skills Joy in agreeing with many participants within the university and developing sustainable solutions
