Strategic tasks Strategy: Further development and implementation of a group-wide data protection strategy System: Building and continuous development of the internal, decentralized data protection management system Advice: Central contact person of management and top management on data protection risks and requirements Coordination: Parent contact for all data protection coordinators Overview: Ensuring data protection standards in all national companies Operational tasks Compliance: Ensuring compliance with GDPR and national data protection laws Control: Coordination and guidance of internal data protection coordinators DPIA: Support for privacy impact assessments Audits: Accompanying internal and external audits and assessments List: Care and further development of the processing directories DSAR: Processing and coordination of affected requests Incidents: Management of data protection incidents incl. Reports to supervisory authorities Policies: Care and development of policies, processes and templates Governance & Compliance Reporting: Building and monitoring of group-wide reporting at C level Delete concepts: Ensuring compliance with storage and deletion concepts Cooperation: Close cooperation with Legal, IT Security, Compliance and HR Examinations: preparation and monitoring of external audits and administrative contacts Training & Awareness Training: Development and implementation of group-wide data protection training

Expertise Studies: Complete study of law, economics, computer science or comparable Experience: Multiannual professional experience in data protection, ideally in the international corporate environment Legal knowledge: Funded knowledge of GDPR and European data protection law Governance: Proven experience in building data protection processes and governance structures Personal competencies Strategy: Strategic thinking combined with entrepreneurial understanding Communication: Embossed skills in stakeholder management at all levels Responsibility: High self-employment and enforcement in the international environment Internationality: Intercultural competence and knowledge of English Organisational integration Report line: Direct connection to the CIO Cooperation: Close cooperation with national and international departments
