Team Leader Rent Accounting / Receivables Management (m/f/d)

Leadership and further development of the Rent Accounting / Claim Management team (currently 6 employees) Control of pre-judicial dunning including processing of open items as well as account clarifications (including coordination with offices and social media) Introduction of appropriate measures for late payment Analysis and optimization of processes and interfaces in rent accounting and receivable management Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual accounts, as well as taking on further tasks as required

Graduated commercial vocational training with a focus on accounting, ideally with further training to the accounting book holder (w/m/d), or equivalent professional qualification with multiannual professional experience Management experience Comprehensive expertise in debitor/rental accounting and in the handling of the pre-judicial dunning procedure SAP experience of advantage leadership skills, communication skills, confidentiality, reliability, accuracy and flexibility
