Technological support of the SAP teams in the fields of SAP ERP and SAP HCM, as well as in new technologies such as SAP Fiori, cutting point development on SAP BTP / CI and S/4HANA in general Technical analysis, approval and development of SAP solutions (including reports, interfaces, support for upgrades) in consultation with SAP consultants (m/w/d) 3rd level support and support for incident and change management Quality assurance for customer developments and coordination of external partners in the field of SAP development Analysis of risks arising from changes in the programme of the SAP landscape and associated cutting points, as well as measures to ensure the availability of IT services
