You are the technical project manager for CapEx projects at the Lübeck site and control the technical project management and accompany projects from the first idea to the successful implementation You plan new plants or implement technical optimizations of existing plants, in particular in the fields of packaging, logistics, process technology and mechanical and thermal process engineering In order to fit dates, costs and results, you carefully structur your projects, keep an overview and guide them within the shared budget to the conclusion You are testing the market, comparing technical solutions, picking up offers and developing sound cost-benefit analyses as a secure basis of decision The construction line is independent: You coordinate the processes on site, schedule dates, pay attention to quality and keep the budget in mind You conduct order negotiations together with the technical purchasing and forget about services to internal and external partners, always matching the project requirements For good cooperation with all parties: production, sales, SCM, FiBu, planning offices and foreign companies. Your goal is a smooth project run for all sides You always keep your project documents up to date - from schedules to budget overviews to status reports. You also support the project management team as a holiday agency

You have a degree in mechanical engineering, logistics, automation, electrical engineering, process engineering, food technology or a similar field of expertise - alternatively master or technician training You have already collected several years of project experience in manufacturing process engineering, electrical engineering/automatization, process engineering or mechanical engineering Extensive project management experience with demonstrable successes An independent, structured and targeted way of working shapes your daily action A high degree of organizational ability, resilience and sense of responsibility reliably brings you Strong communication and team skills are used in exchange with internal and external partners: Very good knowledge of German and good English and a safe handling of MS Office are your profile, ideally complemented by SAP, CAD and MS-Project knowledge
