At our six locations in northern Germany, we offer our customers competent advice as well as comprehensive, factory-independent maintenance and repair services. Car acceptance: acceptance of the vehicles of the DAF brand together with our customers Plan workshop capacities: organization of the utilization and allocation of orders Entering orders: Recording detailed orders with all necessary data Give price and appointments: Give commitment to our customers Voting equipment: Planning of upgrade work on new vehicles in coordination with sales and our customers Retrieve approvals: organisation of payment releases and order extensions Technical questions: Contact the manufacturers for technical support

Training & Qualification: Successfully completed technical vocational training, for example as a KFZ/NFZ mechatronic (m/w/d) with master certificate or certified service consultant (m/w/d) Professional experience & expertise: professional experience desirable in a comparable position – ideally with practical experience in the commercial vehicle environment IT & language skills: Safe handling of common office programs Personal competence: independent and customer-oriented working and communication strength
