Advising the Federal Forestry Organisations in Problem Area Management, in particular in Administrative Affairs Requirement, plausibility and processing of information sheets for risk detection and evaluation of economic units (WE) of the Bundesforst division Participation in compiling, updating and requesting budget requirements to implement project planning Ordering and order monitoring of all phase A contracts of the Bundesforst division at the Head-Oberfinanzdirektion, including documentation and supervision of commissioned services Participation in the preparation, planning and implementation of training, service meetings and workshops Accompanying individual projects related to combatant pollution, soil pollution, rebuilding of plants and buildings etc. Project-related support of the experts Planners for the WE of the Bundesforst division as well as the Federal Forestry companies by creating transfer, industrial parcels and load cards or demand-related function cards using geographical information systems Creation of reports, evaluations and surveys on specific technical requirements and individual questions from the available IT systems
