Construction and development of sales controlling structures Creation of regular reports, forecasts and ad hoc analyses for management and sales Monitoring sales figures, closing rates, courtagens and productivity Evaluation of insurer data and preparation of placement calls Support in sales planning (target setting & budgeting) Development of sales processes and commission models Identification of optimization potentials in sales processes Close cooperation with sales, controlling, finance and IT for holistic control and coordination Care and development of CRM and reporting systems to ensure data quality and reporting efficiency
Multiannual professional experience in controlling preferably with an insurer or insurance broker Good understanding of sales structures Secure knowledge of statistics, reporting, key data control, forecast High conceptual skills and structured approach Deep experience in dealing with BI tools and Excel
