Responsibility for the professional and organizational management of the care and function service of the Rems-Murr-Klinikum Winnenden Ensuring a high quality of care, compliance with care and quality standards and professional development of care Leadership, motivation and development of nursing staff Personnel requirement planning and coordination taking into account the economic requirements Participation of the cross-site nursing networking of the clinic locations Winnenden and Schorndorf Ensuring and further developing the management structure in care and function services Personnel management, in particular personnel acquisition, selection and development Participation in budget planning and monitoring in the care sector Implementation and further development of care concepts and standards Cooperation with other departments and departments to optimise interdisciplinary cooperation and ensure work organisation and workflows Training and training for nurses Contact for patients, relatives and employees in nursing matters Participation in the strategic development of the hospital Implementation of employee talks Planning and controlling of the care and business goods
