The Therapeuticum Raphaelhaus e. V. offers people with disabilities accommodation, promotion and participation in Stuttgart-Ost. To support our facilities, we are looking for a dedicated, reliable and flexible personality as Hausmeister / driver (m/w/d).

In this versatile activity, you take over tasks in the field of driving services and in the technical and commercial building management. They help ensure that our locations remain safe, functional and well organized and support our clients in daily mobility.

The activity includes operations at several locations in Stuttgart-Ost.

The regular working time is 30 hours per week (75 % of employment) and is usually Mondays to Fridays from 08:00 to 14:30.

The place is first determined for the duration of a medical representation.

Your tasks:

Travel service

• Secure and reliable transport of our clients: inside to support groups, doctor appointments, therapies, leisure activities and other destinations
• Support for entry and exit as well as transport of tools
• Responsible and value-assurance handling of the transported persons
• Maintenance and control of vehicles (cleaning, refueling, operational readiness)
• Implementation of simple vehicle controls and notification of maintenance and repair requirements
• Occupational and transport journeys for the facility

Household activities

• Implementation of small repair, maintenance and maintenance work
• Maintenance and maintenance of outdoor facilities, green areas and gardens
• Control of buildings, technical facilities and outdoor areas for safety and operability
• Support for moving, transporting furniture and internal logistics tasks
• Support and support of external crafts and maintenance companies
• With the help of ensuring order, cleanliness and safety at the facilities
