Completed banking training and/or study of the business economy, finance or comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in customer onboarding, KYC or AML environment of a bank, ideally in retail banking Very good understanding of regulatory requirements for KYC, AML, and Fraud tests Experience in working with rule-based onboarding or monitoring systems and the control of external service providers as well as in quality and SLA management Structured, careful operation with high documentation and control orientation Analytical skills for evaluating KPIs, case numbers and process deviations High communication capability in handling compliance, product, IT and customer service German and good knowledge of English in word and writing
