We are looking in full time for our team Head of Department IP Services and Technical Management m/w/d R-KOM is provider of Internet, telephone and TV in East Bavaria and builds the fiber optic network of the future. Every year we develop over 10,000 units in more than 1,000 buildings - a challenging task. You contribute to the further growth and success of R-KOM with your commitment.

Management and further development of the IP service team including resource, deployment and readiness planning Optimization of structures, processes and responsibilities to ensure a stable and law-compliant operation Implementation of the departmental objectives in line with the R-KOM strategy Control of technological developments and initiation of innovation Building and developing a powerful, agile and independent team Close cross-departmental cooperation with product management, sales, network operation and customer service Technical representation to customers, partners and suppliers Total technical responsibility for the G-FIT including further development of the system landscape

Technical studies or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in at least one IP service: VoIP, Internet services, Security, or ISP/Carrier environment Management experience in the technical environment Secure understanding of modern network and service architectures Strategic thinking, communication strength and decision-making
