Analysis of target deviations, identification of cause-effect relationships and derivation of effective countermeasures that you accompany until successful implementation. Interface between the local business units of ALPLA Germany and the Controlling Landsorganisation to ensure a smooth flow of information and strengthen cooperation. As ambassadors of the current corporate, regional and national standards of ALPLA, you understand and support their sustainable compliance in daily business. Complete study of business management, economics, ideally with a focus on controlling or finance or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience required in controlling, preferably in an industrial company Embossed communication and team skills High level of confidentiality and reliability High analytical skills and a structured working method Technical understanding, as well as a proactive and solution-oriented hands-on mentality Responsible and careful working IT affinity and experience in the use of common Microsoft Office applications as well as modern control and ERP systems (e.g. D365, SAP, Oracle) German and English language skills in word and writing
