The church foundation Haus Lindenhof is the institution for approx. 2400 old and disabled people in the region of Ostwuerttemberg.

The house Gabriel offers people with disabilities a supportive and esteeming home. The focus is on individual promotion, participation and self-determined life. Our dedicated team accompanies the residents in everyday life and creates an environment characterised by respect, community and Christian values.

For the organization unit Haus Gabriel in Schwäbisch Gmünd-Bettringen we are looking for an

Senior Caregiver (m/w/d) or comparable qualification

with an employment rate of 50% to 100%. The place is indefinite.

These are your activities

Your tasks: • Assistance, support and care of people with disabilities • Willingness to take over responsibility and implementation of the inclusion model • Coordination and support in the design of the daily routine, in social contacts, leisure design and everyday management • Own-responsibility and independent work, conceptual cooperation and take over administrative and organisational tasks • Interdisciplinary cooperation in the team and with relatives and in the social area • Compliance and further development of standards according to legal and QM requirements • Instruction of trainees and unskilled employees • Household activities
