Scope of employment: parttime (60%)

In our team in the nursing home, you are responsible for the organization of care and care of our residents. They take over the leadership and further development of the care area with regard to a current, room-based quality management. They support your team in managing the care process and accompany the professional and personal development of your employees. They also take over the disciplinary staff management. Good care, care and care live with us from regular exchange and mutual support in the team. They organize and accompany our good cooperation. As a nursing service, you understand your craft, listen carefully and work hand in hand with your colleagues, our headquarters and other cooperation partners. The special thing is that we work on the concepts of kinesthetics. This makes it easier for us and our residents to enjoy their daily lives. We are glad to see you go with us.

You fit us if you are

• trained elderly caregiver *in, health care and nursing caregiver or health caregiver
• have a completed training for the responsible nursing staff in accordance with § 71 SGB XI,
• have real, deep interest in humans and always see others as a whole

• accepting challenges with openness and actively participating in the search for meaningful solutions
