The city of Bremerhaven (about 120,000 inhabitants:inside) is looking for a:n at the next possible time for the project “Careleaver” of the Helene-Kaisen-Haus.

Social worker:in/social pedagogue:in (w/m/d) with state recognition

S 12 TVöD (deficit order/VKA: 3.967,57€ - 5.454.65€/full time) -

for the duration of the project until 31.12.2027.

The aim of the project “Careleaver” is to advise and support full-year-olds with existing multiple problems after the end of the educational assistance. People should be actively involved in the process themselves, so that the content of the project is possible.

The area of responsibility includes:

• the operation of a contact and contact point
• Advice, support and support of people
• low-swelling advice
• Case file guidance
• Social education Clearing
• targeted support in the design of transitions
• Subsidiary to competent institutions and third parties
• Accompanying and supporting authorities

A prerequisite for an application is:

• a completed study of the Diplom-Social thesis/Diplom-Socialpädagogik (FH) with state recognition
• the completion of the Social Work Programme B.A. with state recognition or
• the completion of a comparable study programme with significant social pedagogical content.

Working hours must be adapted to the needs of the service and are in the morning, afternoon and evening hours.

In addition, we are looking for a person who brings well-founded knowledge in the field of PC standard software (MS-Office), resilience, flexibility as well as organizational ability and willingness to continue and further training.
