Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Full time, unlimited, Wiesloch bei Heidelberg, Infrastructure Management and Services, MLP SE

As an expert for occupational safety, fire protection and safety, you analyze IST situations, develop appropriate measures and implement them within the Group within the MLP SE. In doing so, you support the operationally responsible, consulting and coordinating, working closely with management, works council, employees and external service providers. You are solution-oriented and looking for challenges, are communicative and experienced in dealing with different stakeholders. Safety: You advise and support the employer on all issues of occupational health and safety, as well as accident prevention according to ASiG and DGUV

Coordination: You coordinate work security in the Group and support in risk assessments, prevention measures and integration in leadership processes

Analysis: You accompany the investigation of accidents, near accidents and work-related diseases, analyzes causes and guides appropriate measures

Documentation: You participate in the creation of documentation and assist in fulfilling legal reporting and verification obligations

Fire protection: You advise the employer in fire protection, coordinate plans, trainings and desires and work with external bodies

Security: You develop and coordinate security concepts for business properties and events

Education: You have a completed technical study and a qualification as a specialist for occupational safety, FaSi and fire protection

Experience: You have several years of professional experience in occupational and fire protection, ideally in a corporate or corporate environment

Know How: You have very good knowledge of the relevant laws, regulations, guidelines and DGUV regulations in occupational and fire protection

Analyzing ability: You are taking events structured on the ground, detecting risks early and conducting effective prevention measures

Working methods: You work independently, solution-oriented and convince by a quick understanding and a high sense of responsibility. A travel activity of about 20% is not a problem for you.
