What counts

Complete technical or business training with a focus on facility management or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in managing complex FM projects or in the object management High level of resilience, resilience and flexibility in daily working day Embossed capacity for multitasking and prioritization at high order volumes Sovereign and safe occurrence in dealing with customers, service providers and their own team Organisational skills and solution-oriented and structured working methods Staff management Very good German knowledge in word and writing, English knowledge of advantage Safe handling of MS Office and CAFM systems

Your contribution to us

Total responsibility for the operational management and organisation of facility management at the customer location Coordination and supervision of all technical, infrastructure and commercial services Efficient and timely processing of orders from different disciplines Leadership, motivation and further development of the FM team on site Ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety regulations and contractual agreements Competent contact person for the customer and interface to internal specialist departments Implementation of object visits, defect analyses and action tracking
