Successfully completed technical studies, happy with doctorate Long-term, broad-based, generalistic leadership experience at first or second level with earnings responsibility in the middle class Wide operating background from different business areas Proven experience from manufacturing companies in production-oriented roles, ideally combined with experience from sales and innovation-driven areas as well as management of decentralised structures Knowledge of the sequence structure of business processes, ERP systems etc. Proven experience in redesigning and implementing internal manufacturing and logistics processes Strong and integrative Macher/in, with high focus on action and implementation and quality awareness Integrating leaders across all locations and savings partners of local management International readiness High intercultural competence German and English, ideally another language
