Now we are looking for Support Specialist Account Accounting (m/w/d) for RA-MICRO FiBu II.

You are the spürnase for efficient financial processes and go-to-person for our firm customers. Your everyday life: Make customers happy: You support RA-MICRO FiBu II, from clean booking runs to OP management, dunning to final preparation.

solve problems before You become which: you analyze mistakes, find solutions and accompany customers via phone, remote via teams or on site in the offices until everything runs round.

pass on knowledge: in the form of short courses and onboardings for users (remote and also on site, travel activity approx. 50%)

You support the creation of units, booking of input/output bills, payments, OP balances, bank imports, tax keys, SKR03/04 account frames and support the maintenance and management of balance statements and periods.

You help in FiBu-free times with general support requests to use our software.

Build bridges: On technical topics you give clear handovers to the 2nd level support.

Account Manager (m/w/d) SKR03/04, balance sheet/goods and dunning processes are your terrain.

Experience with RA-MICRO FiBu II is a plus but your service sense is the most important.

Communication that arrives: You explain complex topics so that everyone understands them, whether on the phone, screen sharing or personally in the law firms.
