Our Financial Services division focuses on financial services and supports banks, insurance companies and asset managers to be successful in an ever-changing and fast-paced world.

As part of our Forensic & Integrity Services team in Frankfurt/Main, Munich, Stuttgart, Berlin, Hanover, Hamburg, Düsseldorf or Cologne, you combat economic crime and financial crime, our national and international client supports: women from the financial industry in building systems to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud and sanctions. We help to establish, improve and test anti-financial crime and compliance management systems and thus strengthen confidence in financial markets. You can do a variety of tasks: Analysis and evaluation of payment-woman scenarios in banks and FinTechs (e.g. Instant Payments, Card Fraud, Account Takeover) Development and optimization of Fraud Detection & Prevention Frameworks (Rules, Monitoring, Controls) and detection of vulnerabilities in payment APIs and e-commerce platforms Implementing data analyses for identifying suspicious transactions and patterns Support in implementing regulatory requirements (e.g. PSD2, AML, Fraud Risk Management) Advising customers in the introduction of modern Fraud technologies (e.g. AI/ML-based detection, transaction monitoring systems)

At least five years of professional experience in a consultancy company or a bank, a credit card company, payment service provider (Payment Provider) or FinTech in the Payment Fraud, Financial Crime, Compliance, Risk Management or Anti-Financial Crime area, as well as good knowledge of regulatory requirements in the Financial Crime environment (e.g. PSD2, AML, KYC) Knowledge of payment processes and relevant experience in the identification, analysis and prevention of fraud patterns in payment transactions (e.g. Card Fraud, Account Takeover, Authorized Pushized Payment Fraud, Instant Payments Fraud) Safe handling of Fraud detection, Transaction Monitoring and Compliance solutions Experience in the use of SQL, Python or AI models for automated risk mitigation and incident management are advantageous; very good knowledge of German and English (at least C1 level)
