Leadership and leadership: You take over the professional leadership as well as the targeted further development of a team of clinic controllers and promote the employees both professionally and personally. Organization and strategic further development: You strategically organize, optimize and develop the Controlling department and consistently align structures, processes and procedures with the company's objectives. Data management and digitalization: You are responsible for the management and further development of the data infrastructure and are actively driving forward the ongoing digitization of processes and systems. Budget and final work: You prepare budget negotiations with cost-beneficiaries and actively participate in them. In addition, you support the creation of monthly and annual accounts as well as economic plans including commentary and deviation analyses. Business advice: You provide strategic and operational advice on business issues and support sound decision-making processes. Reporting and legal reports: You are responsible for the preparation, development and quality assurance of internal and external reporting, as well as the preparation and implementation of legally prescribed reports and reports to corresponding institutions. You have a successfully completed business studies, ideally focusing on controlling or health management, and bring several years of professional experience in hospital controlling or healthcare. You have well-founded knowledge of hospital financing as well as in the common accounting systems, in particular in the field of PEPP. The safe handling of MS Office applications and ideally experience with controlling and hospital information systems are part of your professional everyday life. You work in a structured, analytical and result-oriented manner and are characterized by a high level of problem-solving competence and a pronounced sense of responsibility. You ideally already have experience in the professional and personal leadership as well as the promotion of employees and bring the willingness to take on further leadership responsibility.
