February 2026 Call number: 11-010-2026 Activity The ''DRV Bund IT'' is the service provider for the German Pension Insurance Federation and develops and operates a complex IT system landscape in close customer agreement. Our IT specialist domain is responsible for the development and support of specialist software solutions for finance and purchasing management. The “Financial and Accounting (SAP)” team is working on SAP S/4HANA solutions for central accounting, from analysis to request management to implementation.

Planning, development, introduction and maintenance of IT-supported processes, including the analysis of the legal and organisational foundations for the business SAP systems with the following priorities: Design and realize user-friendly surfaces to improve user experience in SAP S/4HANA FI and CO Conducting Unit Tests Create or customize custom applications and reports Create and maintain interfaces to third-party systems, including web services, IDOC, REST APIs Support the Business Analyst/Product Owner for technical questions performing problem analysis and troubleshooting within the FI/CO modules Planning, designing and documenting IT operations Using SAP Best Practices for Finance Processes Working in committees and Working groups of DRV IT and in-house projects of the DRV Bund

Successfully completed higher education (Bachelor, Diplom FH) in the IT sector or equivalent qualification (for example IT-specific qualification) or completed vocational training in the IT sector or comparable multiannual practical experience in the IT sector Multiannual job-relevant professional experience in IT, especially in SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA environment Funded and detectable knowledge in the programming SAP ABAP / ABAP OO, SAP S/4HANA, REST API, programming and administration SAP Fiori as well as support for workflows Expertise and practical experience in financial accounting, asset accounting and PSCD (Public Sector Cash and revenue management) First Experience in SAP FI-CO Customizing Knowledge of permissions and user administration, interfaces and web development as well as experiences in dealing with agile methods (canban, scrum) and tools (Jira, Confluence) are desirable German language skills in word and writing A strong customer orientation as well as high communication and team skills complete your profile
