You support the management of your business unit, including the analysis of GuV, balance sheet and cash flow data, as well as ad hoc analyses of our KPIs. You participate in the creation of monthly and annual accounts and prepare analyses and reports for management. You help with planning and coordination of annual business planning as well as forecasts and medium-term planning. You support the further development of controlling approaches and tools and introduce ideas to optimize internal processes. You work on special financial projects and take part in a close coordination with the management or your team.

You have a completed master's degree or a comparable degree with a focus on controlling and finance. You have already gained first experience in controlling/finance from student work or internships, ideally in a dynamic environment. You have very good Excel skills and can quickly work into new systems (e.g. SAP Business One, Lucanet, Tableau). You have strong analytical skills and are good at interpreting data and information and presenting it in a clear and logical format. You are characterized by a structured way of working and hand-on mentality. In addition, you are a team player with an open personality and have fun working on new topics and exploring and optimizing complex processes. You bring knowledge of German and English (min. C1 level).
