Nursing assistant - outpatient care / geriatric care (m/f/d)

You support our clients in their home in basic care and customize the day-care, respectful and with a view to their personal needs You carry out treatment-care measures as part of your qualification and according to medical regulations, for example the drug delivery You document your nursing measures digitally and for a complete, comprehensible care documentation You are a reliable contact for clients and relatives and work closely with your outpatient care team and treating doctors You actively contribute to a value-adding, modern outpatient care and help people to make a self-determined life in their familiar home

You have a completed 1 year training as an old care worker (m/w/d), nursing assistant (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification First professional experience in outpatient care is desirable, but no requirement You are safe in dealing with digital care documentation or have the willingness to incorporate yourself quickly into our systems You work independently, reliably and with a high degree of empathy in direct contact with clients You are happy to travel, have a class B driver's license and appreciate the cooperation in a dedicated outpatient care team
