Speakers Finance, Process Optimization and Digitization (w/m/d) lasts in full time. As a financial expert (w/m/d), the Technische Hochschule Augsburg offers you a versatile and responsible area of responsibility at the interface of budgetary management, third-party management, financial accounting and controlling. You play a central role in financial management and actively contribute to the further development and digitization of our financial processes – in an environment that combines technical depth with design space.

Third-party funding management: processing of applications, calls for funds, licensing processes, evidence of use and reporting to sponsors and coordination with research institutions and departments Controlling: Creation and implementation of cost and performance accounting models, KPI reporting and analysis of deviations Financial accounting: accounting for business incidents, voting, preparation of financial statements, supporting cooperation in financial statements and payment transactions Budget management: creation of budget plans, forecasts and deviation analyses and ensuring compliance with budget principles Other tasks: Introduction and further development/optimization of processes, including the perspective digitization of processes and the development of guidelines and work/handling instructions

Successfully completed studies in the field of administration, public management or business management (BWL) Multiannual professional experience in a comparable field of activity desirable High IT efficiency (including SAP, AI, Microsoft Office) Positive adjustment with regard to changes and continuous optimization readiness to work quickly into new topics Analytical, structured and independent mode of operation, rapid understanding, organisational talent and high target and solution orientation Teamability, high customer and service orientation, high operational readiness, self-initiative and sense of responsibility
