Planning, programming and commissioning of building automation / building management systems (BMS / GLT) Integration of security systems into the GLT: IP cameras and video management systems (VMS), burglar alarm systems (EMA / I&HAS), fire alarm systems (BMA)
Connection via BACnet, Modbus, OPC UA, KNX, ESPA-X, MQTT etc. Creation of hazard management systems (GMS): alarm linking, visualization, operating surfaces Administration of Windows Server Infrastructure for BMS and Security Systems (Hyper-V/VMware, SQL, Active Directory, IIS, High Availability) Project management, customer training, service and support (remote & on site) Documentation and obligations
Technicians / Master or completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, MSR, building automation, automation technology, technical informatics or a comparable qualification Multiannual practice in building automation / GLT (e.g. Honeywell EBI) Experience gained with the integration of security technology in BMS / GLT (IP cameras, EMA, BMA) Very good knowledge of relevant protocols (e.g. BACnet, OPC UA, Modbus, KNX, ESPA 4.4.4) Very good Windows server identifiers (2019–2025, Virtualization, SQL, PowerShell, Certificates) Ideally knowledge of VMS (e.g. LenelS2, DVM) and/or reporting systems (e.g. ESSER, Notifier) Driving licence Class B Very good German and English language skills in word and writing
