You act as a central contact person in the area of debt management for your colleagues You take over the independent execution of the pre-judicial dunning and reliably monitor all payment inputs You agree on payment plans and independently process collection cases and civil law dunning procedures You conduct self-responsive enforcement measures and inheritance investigations and accompany them in professional consultation with debtors, courts, authorities, insolvency administrators and Enforcement bodies You work closely in the handling of disputed procedures and work with our external lawyers

You have a successfully completed training for lawyers, ideally you already have collection experience and have deeper knowledge of forced execution. You are characterized by excellent linguistic expressiveness in word and writing, a pronounced understanding of numbers and a safe handling of MS-Office You convince by team skills and a strong strength in self-organization Your work is characterised by self-responsibility, structure and care, always keeping an objective and professional attitude
