Team Leader Artificial Intelligence (m/f/d)

You take over the technical management and strategic development of the AI and data portfolio You conduct interdisciplinary teams and control cooperation with internal and external stakeholders You identify new applications for AI and data analytics and develop suitable implementation concepts You are responsible for the evaluation, selection and introduction of innovative AI solutions You establish governance, compliance and quality standards for secure AI deployment You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements regarding the use of AI You represent AGAPLESION as a key player for AI and digitalization in networks and specialist bodies You promote the further development of your team and strengthen AI competencies in the organization

Successfully completed studies in medical informatics, data science, (economic) informatics, mathematics or a comparable subject area Multiannual experience in the AI field as well as in the management of projects, teams or transformation projects Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI and Natural Language Processing Strategic and economic thinking and a good sense of opportunities, risks and potential of new technologies Good knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, in particular GDPR, information security, EU AI Act and medical device law Impressed communication skills and the ability to successfully combine different interests Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
