You design and negotiate independently treaties to ensure the care of national relevance. In addition, you will examine and evaluate compensation applications from care facilities and conduct the associated negotiations independently. You represent the vdek in arbitration, court or mediation proceedings in connection with nursing remuneration negotiations. You will also work closely with the members of the vdek, other health insurance companies and their associations as well as contract partners and home supervisory authorities.

You have a degree in economics, law, health or nursing management or a qualified vocational training in social insurance. Ideally, you will bring knowledge of the financing and remuneration of care services according to SGB V and SGB XI, as well as experience with business and legal issues. You work analytically and independently and have a strong organisational capacity. Communication strength in word and writing as well as a cooperative way of working in the team complete your profile.
