Data Protection Manager - national & international (m/f/d)

Managing and further developing the data protection organisation of the HF Group and ensuring clear responsibilities, processes and governance structures in close coordination with management, data protection officer, departments, legal and information security, as well as co-determination structures. Structural and operational implementation of GDPR and AI compliance requirements in all fields and international locations including Definition, introduction and monitoring of standardized processes, tools and control mechanisms. Central coordination and control of the handling of data protection incidents including ensuring consistent information and action tracking.

You have a well-founded knowledge of the GDPR, the BDSG and regulatory requirements and can translate them into effective structures, processes and solutions and thus permanently anchor data protection in the company. You bring multi-year experience in operational data protection into group or multi-location structures and are used to manage/ implement data protection across areas and to introduce/ implement data protection management systems. As a strong converter and interface manager with high communication strength (German/English), commitment and clear focus on practical, efficient solutions.
