Sales & Market Development Responsibility for employees and sales: You actively attract participants and contractors (Jobcenter, Agency for Work), companies and self-payers and continue to expand the market for our supported offers. Up and extension and maintenance of the network at cost carriers and partners, including active participation in network events and trade fairs. Product development & quality management Development of targeted measures and educational products (product development). Preparation, monitoring and support of tender procedures. Quality management as well as preparation, support and follow-up of internal and external audits.

Insufficient professional experience in these fields of activity is crucial to us – in particular in the context of SGB II / SGB III, in labour market services or education and tender procedures. A completed commercial, administrative, social or educational training or a comparable qualification. A completed study is welcome, but explicitly no requirement – your practical experience is crucial. Experience in sales and Acquises as well as a pronounced affinity for economic indicators and their control. Experience in project and quality management. Very good organizational skills, a structured way of working and strong communication skills. Safe handling of common office applications and data protection sensitive work.
