As Senior Service Delivery Manager (w/m/d), you are responsible for:

• You are responsible for the R business unit in Germany; Managed Services Contracts (SAP Maintenance, OwnIP, AMS and Managed Cloud) for exciting Kund:innen various R & D sectors and the most diverse enterprise size. In addition, if necessary, you will prepare R the takeover of support with our customers:innen through our global delivery units.

• You build a R partnership with your client:industry, to, have their needs in mind, and regularly assist and respond to them in order to establish a R long-term cooperation and develop R .
