• readiness for shiftwork is desirable, but no need
• Flexibility within Berlin in various hospitals in an intensive care unit (long-term operations with a customer are possible)
• language knowledge at least at B2 level

• Active promotion of the physical mobility and self-employment of our caregivers
• Adapting care services to the specific needs and health requirements of each individual
• Certain documentation of the services provided in cooperation with the medical team
