Sales assistant / specialist consultant in the branch - Craft Products & Services at Würth (m/f/d)

In your Würth branch, you are part of a strong network with over 600 locations and around 28,000 customer contacts every day throughout Germany. You advise our customers from the craftsmanship personally on site to over 5,000 products and support them with short-term immediate needs - from fastening material to tools to workwear and chemical-technical products. You create an attractive product presentation, implement action weeks and actively introduce your ideas. You can also help our customers by telephone and provide them with a high level of service orientation for over 125,000 articles, digital solutions and services. You keep an eye on the goods entry and exit, ensure order in the warehouse, document processes reliably and maintain customer data in the SAP system. In close cooperation with the field service, the product specialist and your branch office management, make sure that our customers experience the best possible service at any time. You are actively engaged in team meetings, internal processes and occasional presence trade fairs, and are helping to shape the success of your branch.

You have a technical, craftsman or commercial professional qualification - a cross-entry is also welcome. You have gained first experience in the craftsmanship or in the sales environment - ideally with direct customer advice. In addition to a high sales affinity, you will be delighted with technical products and communicate them with passion. Work with digital tools such as tablets, SAP and Outlook is up to you and supports you in daily customer contact. You are happy to deal with customers and pursue the goal of consulting with a lot of commitment and at the highest level. An appraisal communication, whether personal, telephone or e-mail, is of course for you. You specifically address the needs of your customers, develop proactive solutions and attract new customers with persuasive power. .
