In your activity, you are responsible for the training and independent instruction in the basic and specialist training of the profession Electronics Engineering. You provide the trainees with the theoretical and practical contents of the training profession as well as professional knowledge and prepare them for examinations. You are responsible for conducting funding and development talks, as well as for conducting short-term and disciplinary talks and apply VPLAN to the organization. You conduct recruitment tests and job interviews in the context of candidate selection procedures. You are responsible for the organisation of internal operations and you work closely with our training officers, professional schools, guardians and representatives of interests and the departments. In addition, you design and maintain projects for career orientation at schools, actively work on training topics and shape the cross-site cooperation with other training managers.

You have an apprenticeship as an electronic engineer (m/w/d) with IHK degree and an apprenticeship as a technician (m/w/d) in the field of electrical engineering. You bring professional experience in information and communication technology and well-founded knowledge in circuit technology (analog/digital) and can score points with current (standard) knowledge in electrical/information technology. You have a qualification as an instructor according to AEVO and brings advanced knowledge in cooperation with various disciplines. You are characterized by good communication skills and a high degree of conflictability, empathy and social competence. You are ready for a motivating leadership style that enthuses the team and makes sense of reliability and loyalty for you.
