Planning, tendering and control of construction projects

Acquisition and verification of cost proposals to prepare the allocation of funds and coordination with public authorities in the preparation of construction measures

Implementation of coordination processes between individual departments on planning in the context of the maintenance and maintenance of the operational facilities of the road service

Completed university degree as a Dipl.-Ing. (FH) or corresponding Bachelor degree in the field of architecture or civil engineering or comparable qualification Professional and project experience on all phases of performance HOAI (LPH 1-8) Founded, long-term and relevant professional experience in the construction industry Experience in building, contract and environmental law as well as VOB and UVgO, HOAI, RSA and StVO German language skills Class B driving licence and readiness to carry a service passenger
