Support Staff Therapy Planning in Healthcare (m/f/d)

Editing and managing support tickets: You systematically accept customer requests, arrange and analyze the concerns and find suitable solutions. You document and complete the enquiries and explain to our customers the further action in a comprehensible and with patience. Communication and cooperation: You prepare complex topics for 3rd-level support in a comprehensible way, take care of customer requests responsibly and respond competently to questions or complaints. Proactive forms: You help to reduce repetitive concerns by introducing suggestions for improvement and actively contributing to the further development of our products and processes. Knowledge transfer and independent order processing: You are working on support cases independently, sharing your experience and IT skills with your colleagues and helping to further develop the team as a whole.

You have a completed therapeutic/medical or commercial training (e.g. as a physiotherapist, medical specialist, merchant/wife for IT system management or comparable) and have good IT basic knowledge and experience in scheduling. (m/w/d) with IT skills and extensive process knowledge Therapy planning are also welcome. You are interested in IT and have good knowledge in the popular MS Office applications. You bring willingness and motivation to enter a new field of work and you like to work in the team. A customer-oriented operation and very good communication skills complete your profile.
