Senior Consultant MS Dynamics 365 (Customer Insights) (m/f/d)

Digital Consulting Marketing & Sales: You support customers in digitizing their marketing and sales processes based on Microsoft Dynamics 365. Customer insights solutions: You develop end-to-end concepts around Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – from idea to implementable solution design. Implementation & Power Platform: You implement requirements with Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform and accompany the technical introduction. Customizing & Extensions: You adapt systems, develop extensions and ensure high-performance, predictable solutions. Workshops & Training: You carry out workshops and training and enable specialist areas as well as IT to deal with the introduced solutions. Project management: You take project or partial project responsibility, coordinate stakeholders and ensure quality and appointments.

Dynamics experience: At least five years of experience in the technical implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365, ideally in CRM or marketing. Customer insights know-how: Very good knowledge in the customizing of Dynamics 365, especially customer insights. Requirements analysis: You can accept technical requirements and translate them into resilient technical concepts. Marketing Automation: Experience or strong interest in marketing automation solutions. Agile procedure: You work safely in agile projects and interdisciplinary teams. AI competence: You use AI tools sovereignly, evaluate results critically and support customers: inside and inside when using AI. Language skills: Very good German and good English skills.
