Lead Product Manager, ITSM / ESM (m/f/d)

You translate the company and product vision together with the management into a prioritized, outcome-oriented roadmap for our ESM platform Servity and manage its implementation across all releases You systematically test the ITSM/ESM market, identify relevant trends, competitors, market gaps and opportunities for differentiation, and thereby initiate impulses for positioning and product decisions You are the central interface between market, customer, consulting, support, sales and development You take professional leadership in the product context: You provide orientation in product decisions, create clarity in requirements, support prioritization and roadmap work and bring stakeholders to a common line You perform structured Product Discovery, for example through customer interviews, feedback, support signals and usage data You help maintain the balance between product standard, configurability and individual requirements

Multiannual experience in product management for B2B software in need of explanation Detectable successes in developing a product strategically Deep understanding of ITSM, ESM and service management processes Experience in converting market requirements, customer needs and internal requirements into a consistent product image Very good technical understanding for platforms, integrations and configurable software Experience in close cooperation with development teams and first leadership experience or clearly recognizable leadership skills Ability to prioritize issues, to justify decisions comprehensible and to provide product orientation Domain experience in ITSM / ESM or adjacent fields (ITIL knowledge, service management processes, ideally knowledge of the competitive environment ServiceNow / Matrix42 / USU) Industry knowledge in our focus markets (health, energy suppliers, public sector) Practical experience with AI functions in products (LLM-based features, automation) Experience in the context of a Challenger / Mittelständler, who competes against significantly larger competitors Experience with pricing and packaging of enterprise software Very good German knowledge (min. C1 level) and good English
