You will take care of all processes in the field of personnel administration in cooperation with DSR Hotel Holding or the corresponding service providers You manage and control the hotel's schedules with the existing system You control the working hours of the entire hotel, taking into account the legal provisions New colleagues? You take over applicant management and the planning and coordination of onboarding with the respective areas An employee quits? – You prepare and perform the complete offboarding

Multiannual professional experience in the field of human resources management, ideally from hotels and other industries Successfully completed commercial training with a focus on human resources management and/or business training is advantageous Communication strength, team spirit and absolute discretion Outstanding organizational skills, a structured working style and a safe handling of MS Office products The ability to react flexibly to new challenges
