You are responsible for overriding customer support You take care of quality and customer management, process complex complaints and focus on maintaining long-term customer relationships You are responsible for the guidance of 6 object conductors, the objects with approx. Managing 650 cleaning forces You are familiar with effective personnel deployment planning and resource management You are responsible for sales and costs in your department incl. Budget planning and controlling and can identify growth opportunities You implement and optimize quality standards, cleaning processes, safety and hygiene regulations
