Your mission As a team leader in IT infrastructure, you take full responsibility for building, developing and operating our global IT landscape – on-premise as in the cloud (Azure). And the best thing: you can actively shape the strategic orientation. What awaits you: You develop and shape our global IT infrastructure strategy and consistently align it with the corporate goals. End-to-end ownership: From design to construction to stable operation – you have our entire hybrid infrastructure in your hands. You define modern architecture standards that anchor scalability, automation and security-by-design in our future. You develop a Next-Gen Data Center Design that paves the way to the future. You are responsible for the design, development and safe operation of our global WAN, LAN and WiFi infrastructure – performant, standardized and forward-looking. You guide and inspire our local infrastructure team – both professionally and disciplinary – the global IT team – professionally – and accompany them on their way from on-prem to the cloud set. You control our Azure management with a view to efficiency, governance, automation and cost control. You modernize our virtualization landscape and shape the 'virtualization of the future'. Identities are at your heart: You migrate classic Active Directory structures to Entra. For a high-availability, stable and scalable infrastructure, you'll get across all locations. You bring our security architecture to the next level. Compliance? Audits? For yourself, of course. You build a powerful partner network – efficient, scalable, forward-looking.

A completed IT degree or comparable training First leadership experience or project management in the IT environment Deep knowledge of Azure & On-Prem infrastructure Experience in building, migration and operation of modern Azure environments Good English knowledge of word and writing International experience and production close to the cooperation of IT-Services And above all: Hands-on mentality, passion for innovation, analytical clarity, pragmatic power – and real pleasure in teamwork.
