For the organization unit Configuration Management we are looking for the next possible appointment for the Hanover or Münster site Projektmanager (m/w/d) Note: the team is currently fully located at Hannover

The Configuration Management department will be responsible for the comprehensive management of IT service management processes configuration management and central areas of asset management. Through this superordinate process responsibility, we create a uniform, consolidated database of all IT assets. This allows numerous other business and specialist processes to work reliably with current asset information. Our goal: to develop a stable, transparent digital basis for smooth and future-proof process processes.

Creation, planning and implementation of measures to capture, classify and maintain IT software assets over their entire life cycle. Ensuring completeness and data quality of all IT software sets. Operation, maintenance and optimization of Asset Management Tools (Opentext, Flexera, ServiceNow) incl. automated scanning & discovery. Support and support of specialist areas for asset data issues. Coordination and advice on process and interface requirements between the participating departments.

Completed studies (economic informatics, computer science, BWL with IT focus) or a recognized vocational training (manufacturer, IT-consumer) with a corresponding focus or comparable qualification. 2-3 years of practical experience in IT service management / asset management Use of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Opentext or Flexera is an advantage. First experience in the operation and optimization of ITSM tools are a plus. Basic knowledge of SQL/PowerShell for data queries should be available. Structured and solution-oriented, conceptual work to make complex asset stocks transparent round off the profile.
