Ensure the automotive processes for our operations (energy companies) Own and final production of annual accounts for complex companies Take responsibility for the smooth and flexible running of the team. Ensuring optimal utilisation of employees Independent implementation and responsibility for compliance with tax and legal requirements (HGB, EigAnVO, EnWG) Contact person for financial authorities, main customs office and banks Independent and final creation of business plans for complex societies Liquidity management Independent and final creation of interim reports according to EigAnVO, bills and quarterly reports Contract controlling for investment and maintenance measures Internal coordination of tasks for the companies with the departments and municipalities Creating work instructions/process descriptions Support of department management in all personnel, organizational, technical and strategic matters

Complete study of the business economy with a focus on accounting / tax (bachelor) or commercial training with further education on the account book holder or tax specialist Long-term experience in drawing up annual accounts Knowledge of local law / Tax Law and Energy Economic Law Business knowledge in the supply sector driving licence class B Structured operation, resilience and commitment Certainty, customer orientation and team skills
