Office Manager (m/f/d)

In this position you are the central hub of our firm. You act as the right hand of the partners and, in addition to our technical leadership, you contribute significantly to the fact that our internal processes function as smoothly as the interaction in a well-run company. You optimise existing office structures and introduce modern standards. You are a contact person for our employees, planning capacities and promoting a harmonious and value-adding working environment. You monitor appointments, deadlines and compliance with our high service standards to clients. You control communication with external partners and service providers such as IT, craftsmen, cleaning etc.

We are looking for an organizational institution with management competence. You have a degree or business training and have already gained well-founded experience in office management or office management (e.g. from the middle class, freelancers, hotel industry or project management). You have a natural authority, paired with empathy and high communication strength. Structured operation, discretion and a view for details are of course for you. You are safe to use digital tools and modern IT solutions and want to expand them with us.
