Lead Mobile App Developer - Native iOS & Android (m/f/d)

Development and development of our native mobile apps for iOS and Android in the productive environment. Implementation of new features and professional requirements in the native stack with focus on quality, safety, performance and wartability. Active cooperation across the entire development process – from technical design to implementation to testing, releases and operation. Analysis of technical and technical requirements and development of sustainable solutions for both native platforms. Designing and developing a sustainable technical basis for native app development, including meaningful standards and best practices. Conception, implementation and further development of automated tests and quality assurance measures. Responsibility for the stable operation of the apps including bug analysis, support, incident support and sustainable troubleshooting. Creation and maintenance of technical documentation as well as traceable development and decision bases. Close cooperation with various backend/, web frontend/, UX/UI team, POs, PMs as well as other internal and external stakeholders.

You have several years of experience in the native app development for iOS and Android and are sure to move in both ecosystems. You bring very good knowledge in Swift and Kotlin as well as ideally in modern UI frameworks such as SwiftUI and Jetpack Compose. You have a strong understanding of software quality and develop with a view to security, performance, wartability and clean architectures. You think technical solutions holistic – from conception to implementation to testability, operation and further development. You have experience in developing, stabilizing and developing productive mobile apps in a professional environment. You bring practice in the design and implementation of automated tests as well as in quality-safe development processes. You are restructured with error analysis, support cases and incidents and keeps track of the operation. You can document technical decisions in a comprehensible manner and communicate complex relationships in a comprehensible manner. You like to work closely with Backend teams, POs, PMs, UX/UI and other stakeholders and understand yourself as a binding technical contact. You take responsibility, proactively drive themes and feel comfortable in a role that connects hands-on development with technical lead appeal. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
