4-7 years of professional or practical experience in the field of M&A, Corporate Finance or Strategy, e.g. for investment banks, audit firms, financial investors or business consulting Several successfully completed M&A transactions self-initiative, leadership skills, enforcement ability, high work morality and a very pronounced team orientation and communication skills Certain, committed, independent and result-oriented working methods Outstanding problem-solving competence (hands-on attitude) and creativity in the approach Affinity for digital topics and routined handling of IT (MS Office, etc.) German and English skills
