Senior Project Manager Microsoft ERP (m/f/d)

DISCLOSURE End-to-end project responsibility: You take over the overall control of complex IT consulting and software development projects in the Microsoft ERP environment – from the definition of targets, scope and approach model to the planning of resources, milestones and delivery objects. Project Planning & Controlling: You are responsible for cost calculations as well as compliance with deadline, budget and quality requirements and use early warning systems, key figures and reports to control the progress of the project transparently. Risk Management & Escalation Control: You establish effective mechanisms for risk detection, assessment and control, take appropriate measures and take the structured escalation and stakeholder management into critical project situations. Team management & cooperation: You guide large, interdisciplinary project teams with more than 50 employees, ensure optimal utilization, promote a collaborative team culture and resolve conflicts constructively. Quality & Test Management: Through efficient quality and test management, you ensure compliance with defined standards, coordinate reviews and decreases and document the results in regular quality reviews. Customer & Business Development: You build long-term, partnership-based customer relationships, manage interface management to customers and internal stakeholders and support strategic customer development as well as sales and pre-sales activities.

Project management expertise: extensive experience in (multi-) project management of large IT consulting and software development projects, ideally in the context of an IT service provider and Microsoft ERP solutions. Leadership experience: Detectional experience in managing project teams with more than 50 employees as well as the ability to motivate, empower and safely lead teams through changes in all phases of the project. Risk Management & Controlling: Deep experience in the identification and control of project risks, in the handling of escalations and in the use of early warning systems and key figures in the project controlling of large software projects. Quality & Test Competence: Embossed Analytical and Solution-Orientated Approach in Project-Critical Situations as well as profound experience in Quality and Test Management of Software Development Projects. AI Competence: You use AI tools in your area of expertise, evaluate the results critically and support customers and adessi to use potentials of AI. Language skills: Very good German skills allow you to experience a sovereign appearance at decision-making level.
