In the field of waste management: Contract and Statute management including tender procedures and procurement Public relations and complaint management Creation of evaluations and statistics In the area of properties: Acquisition and sale of land for the county including processing of land and other land-related rights Property management of all circular areas Contact person (m/w/d)

Successful (currently) degree as a Diplom-Management-Enterprise (m/w/d) of the General Internal Administration Department or comparable discipline OR a successfully completed training as an administrative specialist (m/w/d) (specialized examination II) or successfully filed employee training II (formerly AL II) in the internal administration OR a completed study of law with first or second legal examination or Completion as a Bachelor of Laws or Master of Laws with knowledge in public law, for example through a Bachelor's degree in Public Management / Administration or comparable experience fulfillment of the personal, civil and collective conditions (including specific pre- and training, runway equality, suitability for health) In addition, we wish: Readiness for responsibility and initiative Organisational and enforcement assets Citizen-friendly appearance and team skills Friendly and appreciative handling Commitment and social skills Trustworthiness and reliability
